Whilst the governance requirements of small schemes are the same as for large schemes, in most cases small schemes are supported by relatively small employers. Again, in most cases, smaller employers have more limited resources available to support a scheme than their larger counterparts. We offer a cost-effective service, tailored to the specific needs of each scheme, to ensure that schemes do not pay for services which they do not use.
Our consultancy team collectively have over 100 years’ experience of advising employers and trustees as to how best to run their schemes. Many schemes are now approaching wind-up, and virtually all schemes still need to equalise GMP’s. These are both areas we are currently assisting clients to understand and implement.
With the assistance of an experienced support team, we specialise in advising small to medium sized schemes, as they tackle their ongoing challenges.
We are looking to take on new clients. In the first instance please telephone John Pollard, our Head of Employee Benefits on 07894 934607. Alternatively, you can email him at john.pollard@optionspensions.co.uk
John will be pleased to have an initial discussion with you, with no obligation, and to produce a fully costed proposal for running your scheme.
